After multiple requests from acquaintances to film their happy occasions to avoid the high cost of video services, it became clear that those who prefer simple video services that do not break the budget have been left with few options to cover their happy occasions. WAMEV has met the challenge of finding a solution allowing for affordable cost, using traditional formats, and still meeting professional quality standards. At the same time, the solution uses high-end technologies to improve the filming process and eliminate nuisances once necessary to capture every moment of the proceeding.

We use up to five camera setups poitioned at key angles around the venue, each includes pan/tilt, high rising tripod, and an oversized power station that can power all equipment in the setup for over 12 hours of continuous operation. Additionally, each setup can accommodate additional lighting and audio equipment. All equipment is top of the line, for the concept, and is remotely controlled. The videographer sits, invisible, on the side or in the back and remotely controls the equipment. Footage from all cameras is fed into one of the best video editing software packages in the market for merging and editing into the final video product.

During the celebration or reception, multiple cameras are also deployed around the venue in a static role. The videographer roams around with an additional camera to concentrate on specific activities, such as a toast or cake cutting.

The primary services are complimented by “VideoGrats”. Using a independent camera, VideoGrats allows guests to record short video clips of congratulations to those being celebrated, such as the newlyweds or the anniversary couple. In a way, it is an audiovisual guestbook, reflecting the guests true feelings of happiness.

VideoGrats is optional for deployment at receptions and parties, at a slight premium. It has its own complete equipment setup. For noisy places, a portable, custom designed and built booth with acoustics dampening can be setup.
